I was flipping through the channels this morning, enjoying my free time, when I came accross Superstar Hair Challenge on Slice.  My mom recognized one of the contestants!  Mom used to work with his parents at the post office, which is super cool.  I didn't; he's seven years older than me, and I doubt we ever met, but it's never the less pretty damn neat!

Oh sure, it could have been something cool like House (which I've watched and liked, but not enough to follow) or Battlestar Galactica (ditto).  Instead, I find myself flipping frantically to fox just so I can watch the latest So You Think You Can Dance.  I only have 2 consolations.

1.  I stayed up late (as in 2am) for the last two nights watching multiple epis of Angel I'd missed and that the Space channel was kind enough to run back to back each night.  I finally know how Jasmine dies!!!!

2.  SYTYCD is way better than American Idol.  They aren't looking for prima donnas, the people aren't chosen for their egotism, etc.  It's wonderful.
