there's a definate sense of satifaction to finishing something. I finally got the most recent podcast show done, and I'm soo relieved! It was a monster; we sat up for hours, recording the damn thing, and I got it, including music, cut down to one hour, 12ish minutes. bleck. consideing most of our shows are thirty minutes, that's pretty big. Well, we learned our lesson! No long nights recording! If we want to record more than one show, we start and end each segment separately, otherwise we'll end up with another monster sized show.

but it's done! yay! now we just have to figure out what to talk about this week...

and so far, no one's made a comment on my naming system; all but the joke show have something in common, but so far, no body's commented.

well, I'm more popular than prokopton , which really isn't saying very much, since he only uses it to read friends' novels locked in LJ.  On the other hand, it suits the web hermit image I have of myself...

I had to go and get a photocopy of a pdf file (me screw up income tax file, need this to fix it). The basic printer was busy, so had to get colour done. Not too big a deal, a few cents extra.

However, when I tried to a) find headphones because mine busted and b) find some one to discuss getting a replacement part for our digital camera (the battery door is busted, and it won't work without it), I couldn't find anyone to help me. the store's not well laid out, so finding the damn headphones was tedious, and when I waited in line to talk to customer service, it turned out that they'd moved that over to the check out line (which was crowded and over long). I gave up in disgust. I'll try phoning, but if that doesn't work, I plan on making Bob do it; he can deal with jerks so much better than I!
