okay, here's day two of journalling, so I guess I'm doing okay.

it's bright and beautiful outside, but I don't know how much of it I'll see. I'm tired already, and it's only twenty after eleven! I hate always being tired. I know it's because of my low metabolism, and general lack of health, but I just wish I could get into the groove quicker. I'm not looking forward to summer, with it's incredible heat that makes me feel like I'm being broiled from the inside out. Hopefully, as I lose weight, it'll be easier to deal with. I get heatstroke very easily, so I have to be careful. Read more... )

so I'm a joiner....

okay, doing this again, so the darn links are all there... though I still intend to ask the same question; how does the list change once you've found new friends via Trustflow??? they're purgatory. they're where we go while we're waiting for that better body. you keep going and going, and very little ever changes, but if you don't go, you're going to be in really bad shape. and even though you *know* that if you get that great body, you'll STILL have to go to the gym!

I had a bad workout today; not bad, as in nasty, but bad, as in exhausting. I've never had anything that resembled a 'runner's high', which probably means I've never been in good enough shape. that's even more depressing, since I was in fairly decent shape up until grade twelve which was... a long sixteen years ago. and even then, running made me want to die; I can remember being in grade three and wanting to die every time they made us run around the field ten times. I had to walk it, which always got me in trouble.

however, at least I know that if I'm really feeling the workout, it means I'm losing weight, right?
