okay, so I'm going to try and focus on this journalling; everything I read seems to suggest I need to write everything down more. Rather than using a physical journal, however, I'm going to use LJ; I'll try and remember to use lj-cuts to keep it from being overwhelming, if anyone has me on their friends page!
